Experience
I took DIgital Photography & Imaging as my free elective for this semester. I actually have no idea about photography and I just decided to take it to gain new experiences. This module focuses on practical exercise with Photoshop and After Effects, which both of them I found challenging to operate. It's a little bit hard for me to follow up but I still I enjoyed it. Because, not only techniques we gained but I also gained experiences from idea exploration and process of work.
Observations
It is amazing to see my classmates' work in class everytime, seeing how they make the same material as I but totally different style/composition of artwork is very mind-blowing actually. I am amazed by how different and how wide are the perspectives of creativity and possibility and I enjoyed watching all of them.
Findings
Overall, the experience was very fulfilling. During this 14 weeks journey, I still think I have much more to learn and improve. While exploring and learning different artworks and creating my owns, it helped me to understand myself more too. I truly believe this experience would benefit me in the future.
